Cary Fourman has more than 30 years of business experience. He is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, CPA, and multiple business owner who is passionate about Christ, business, family, success, and life. Cary obtained his Bachelor’s in Science of Business from UCF, where he graduated Cum Laude. He then worked for five years as a Financial Auditor with Deloitte and Touch. During this tenure in Public Accounting, he became a Florida Certified Public Account.

Monica Fourman has more than 30 years of professional experience in Business Management. She attended college in Orlando, where she began her business career in the fitness industry. Since then, she has been in customer service, always striving to deliver a five-star experience to her clients.

Sydney Nash is the Executive Assistant at Fourman Equity Capital, supporting the leadership team and managing tenant communications. She holds a background in business administration and biology from Emmanuel University, where she was a college basketball.
