Cary Fourman
Cary Fourman has more than 30 years of business experience. He is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, CPA, and multiple business owner who is passionate about Christ, business, family, success, and life. Cary obtained his Bachelor’s in Science of Business from UCF, where he graduated Cum Laude. He then worked for five years as a Financial Auditor with Deloitte and Touch. During this tenure in Public Accounting, he became a Florida Certified Public Account.
Cary has since become an accomplished entrepreneur. He has built several successful multi-million dollar businesses. Cary has combined his passion for real estate investing and business development in Fouman Equity Capital. Its holdings employ more than 500 team members, and it owns and manages facilities with more than twenty million square feet of space throughout North Florida.
Monica Fourman
Monica Fourman has more than 30 years of professional experience in Business Management. She attended college in Orlando, where she began her business career in the fitness industry. Since then, she has been in customer service, always striving to deliver a five-star experience to her clients.
Since moving to St. Augustine in 2003, Monica has owned and operated several customer service-oriented companies, including Circles of Wellness Spa, City Wide Facility Solutions, & North Florida Development Group.
Today Monica spends her time on operations and marketing within her family business Fourman Equity Capital.
